Data we process
Account details, workspace configuration (markets, sources, scoring rules, offers), ingested source content, derived signals, and outreach outcomes you record.
Tenant isolation
Every workspace is a tenant boundary. Workspace-owned records are protected with server-side authorization and row-level data access policies, and workspace membership is validated on the server for every request.
Ingested source content
Content collected from the sources you configure is stored as evidence for the signals it produced. It is treated as untrusted data and is never executed as instructions.
Enrichment
Enrichment runs only after an opportunity qualifies under your rules. Unknown facts remain unknown rather than being inferred.
Retention and deletion
You can delete signals, opportunities and workspaces. Deletion removes associated evidence and derived records on the schedule described in your plan.
