Use of the service
Right Trends provides signal collection, classification, scoring and opportunity workflows. You are responsible for the markets, sources and rules you configure.
Sources and compliance
You must have the right to collect from the sources you connect, and must respect the terms, rate limits and robots directives of those sources.
Outreach responsibility
The product helps you prepare relevant outreach. You remain responsible for complying with the marketing, privacy and anti-spam laws that apply to your contacts.
Plan limits
Markets, sources, processed signals and Contact Now opportunities are metered per plan. Exceeding limits may pause ingestion until the next cycle or an upgrade.
Availability and changes
Features, connectors and pricing may change as the product develops. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated before they take effect.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. On termination, workspace data is removed according to the retention practices described in the privacy policy.
